The seasoned ‘All- Female’ culinary team at Tess uses the freshest and most sustainable locally-sourced ingredients to craft masterful dishes such as Crispy steamed Cheung Fung, Sesame Cake, Fish Krachai (Locally sourced fresh fish, aromatic Thai herb 'Krachai', Thai green peppercorn 'Prik Thai Orn', basil, Thai chili, jasmine rice), Mussaman Curry, Crispy Mushroom Salad, Avocado on Sourdough
