His journey commenced as an Assistant HR Manager at Chokhi Dhani, where he honed his skills and demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities. Progressing steadily, Shiva Raje ascended to the role of HR Manager at Courtyard by Marriott, garnering invaluable insights into HR practices within the hospitality sector.
