Hyatt Place Vadodara Introduces Sunday Brunch

Vadodara, Gujarat, 14^th March 2022: Hyatt Place Vadodara, Hyatt’s newest addition in the state of  Gujarat, introduces ‘The Big Brunch Factory’, for guests and travellers with an extensive spread of over a hundred items. The launch marks the hotel’s Sunday Brunch debut and is served at their multicuisine  restaurant, Zing. 

Inspired by the demand for Asian food and rising popularity of the Sunday Brunch culture in the city, The  Big Brunch Factory has flavours from around the world, from exotic Asian such as Dim Sums, Baos, Sushi,  classic breakfast options like made-to-order Eggs and Waffles, loaded Burgers to traditional South Indian  and Gujarati dishes. Slated to be the biggest brunch in the city, the spread also includes Shawarma,  

fifteen different types of dessert, including Softy ice cream, Cotton Candy and Himalayan Pink Salt  Popcorn. 

Conceptualized to provide a holistic Sunday Brunch experience, the restaurant has been dressed in  themed banners and décor along with interactive table mats, board games, a three-piece live band and  a dedicated play area (Camp Hyatt) for their young guests. All dishes are carefully prepared with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, following the highest levels of hygiene by Head Chef Suvendu Roy and  his team.

The brunch offerings can be paired with refreshing mocktails made with seasonal ingredients and herbs  or freshly made authentic Rajasthani Pushkar Chai and aromatic Coffee.
