The festival, from April 4th to 7th is inspired by Hyderabad's culinary heritage and from April 18th to 21st is inspired by Calcutta's culinary heritage, at Spice Haat, the all-day dining restaurant. The cooking techniques by Chef Manish Uniyal, Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Chennai, will showcase Mughal influences from Calcutta and Hyderabad, providing a distinctive culinary experience.
