Hyatt Regency, Delhi will serve the magic of Beijing with the launch of TCK by The China Kitchen.

Hyatt Regency Delhi endeavors to recreate the magic of Beijing with the launch of TCK by The China Kitchen. The restaurant is located in Cyber Hub, Gurugram, India’s first integrated F&B and entertainment destination. TCK is a collaboration between two leading entrepreneurs Mr. Amritesh Jatia, Non-Executive Director of Asian Hotels (North) Limited and Mr. Abhishek Khaitan, Managing Director of one of the largest spirit companies, Radico Khaitan Limited.

TCK’s menu is curated by Chef Jack Aw Yong.

The restaurant depicts traditional elements of a Chinese house in a contemporary and opulent décor.  The design is based on the concept of ‘dining around the kitchen’ with a Peking duck oven, a dumpling and noodle station, a steamer, three works, a wide selection of teas and a dessert station which is a permanent feature at the restaurant.

Doors will  Open from 19th December 2018.
