The Roseate New Delhi, has unveiled its pan-Asian restaurant IAH, In Asian Heritage bar and restaurant. the restaurant celebrates the rich and diverse culinary traditions of Asia.
IAH features classic Asian dishes prepared with authentic and high quality ingredients presented in a simple and striking way, some of the signature dishes being Wasabi Prawns and Mushrooms, Crispy Duck Rolls, Baked Chilean Sea Bass, Three Chilli Mock Chicken and Mapu Tofu in addition to a variety of dimsums and sushis. The drinks menu includes a range of Asian inspired cocktails, sake and beers. The desserts Matcha Pudding and Baked Yoghurt are sure to delight guests.
Asian Heritage Bar’s architecture is a fusion of traditional and contemporary creating a bespoke furniture collection with cherry wood-inspired lines from the East. This mystical red toned bar and restaurant reverberates with a zen like ambience and a vibrant atmosphere. The artworks are ephemeral ink scribbles, scaled up hand pulled screens on handwoven cotton, specially created to build a conversation of what handmade in contemporary South Asia would look like. All in all, IAH creates a unique and memorable dining experience that celebrates Asian culture and heritage.
The 44 cover restaurant also has al-fresco dining.
