MUMBAI, FEBRUARY 27, 2024: Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a new Vivanta hotel in Uttarakhand’s ancient pilgrim city of Haridwar. The hotel is a Greenfield project.

The 125-keys hotel is strategically located at a comfortable driving distance from the renowned ‘Har Ki Pauri’ as well as prominent temples. The hotel will feature an all-day diner, a swimming pool and a fitness centre. It will also offer a sophisticated banqueting space of over 7,500 sq. ft, perfect for both corporate gatherings and social events.

Haridwar, located at the foothills of the Himalayas is a famous Hindu temple town where millions of devotees come to take a dip in the holy Ganges. Gateway to the Char Dham of Uttarakhand, the city acts as the base to explore the tourist towns of Rishikesh and Devprayag.
With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 10 hotels across Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta and Ginger brands in Uttarakhand including 5 under development.
