IHCL Announces Its Third Hotel In Dehradun, Signs A Taj Hotel

MUMBAI, DECEMBER 14, 2023: Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a Taj branded hotel in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The hotel is a Brownfield project.

The 215 keys hotel is strategically located off Rajpur Road connecting Dehradun to Mussorie and is close to commercial areas within the city and tourist attractions around it. The array of facilities will include an all-day diner, a specialty restaurant, a bar and a lobby lounge. The hotel will be equipped with over 8,000 sq. ft. of banqueting space along with pre-function area and meeting rooms. The recreational facilities will include a spa, swimming pool and a fitness centre.

Dehradun, the capital of the state of Uttarakhand, is a picturesque city which is a gateway to Himalayan tourist destinations like Mussoorie, Dhanaulti, Uttarkashi, and Auli and also the pilgrim circuit of char-dham.

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have ten hotels across Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta and Ginger brands in Uttarakhand including five under development.
