Vineeth’s professional journey traces back to 2014 when he embarked on his career with the Taj Group of Hotels as a Training Coordinator, swiftly rising to the role of Assistant Training Manager. Subsequently, he joined the Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum and later became a key member of the Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks team. His impact on nurturing talent within Hilton Embassy GolfLinks is evident through a multitude of initiatives he spearheaded. One such initiative, the ‘Employee Wellbeing Program,’ was designed to cultivate a positive and productive work environment, characterized by a flexible structure that prioritized employee feedback and recognition.
