Mr. Sachin:- We will be soon launching our WebPOS for online usage and also our ERP on the cloud, as the technology we have used to develop our solutions is Open source and Cloud-based. Currently, we are listed with a few portals for our product promotions.  

Sir please tell us about the emerging trend and need for this software in this restaurant industry?

Mr. Sachin:- If you compare the industry trends 5 years back with today the influence of Social Media, Online F&B Portals, Innovative Menu Choices and Promotions, Growing Popularity of Healthy Food, Technology to Optimize Operations, Capturing Data for Improved Service and Customer Engagement, Delivery Kitchens, Environment Friendliness are the ongoing trends of today. All our solutions which are built with artificial intelligence are helping business owners analyze and control their business at micro level keeping them at par with the latest industry trends. 

Sir, you have an experience of 16 years in managing hospitality solutions. Please tell us how much evolution you have seen in the demand for technology and software? 

Mr. Sachin:- Hospitality business has drastically changed over the years. F&B portals are driving customers to avail their promotions through their apps, integration with these portals has become mandatory for POS solutions. Capturing customer preferences and their feedback has become necessary to ensure retention. Mobile-based solutions have evolved to provide faster service. Business intelligence and date analysis for business owners has become mandatory for decision making and expansion.

Data is the ‘New Oil’, stated by our Prime Minister. How your product will help in using the data in the most accurate way?

Mr. Sachin:– Yes, software is a machine and data is its oil. It is the fuel required for success and expansion which includes customer data, sales data, a pattern of demand, the season of demand, days of demand, promotions etc. Government policies & GST rules made by our honourable Prime Minister have also made it compulsory for restaurant owners to fall in proper structure. Mr. Sachin :- Sanguine POS supports different styles of operation suitable for all the verticals of Hospitality domain along with our ERP is a single sign-in with all modules integrated. Built on ‘Open source’ technology one can use them on any operating system, Mac, Linux or Window. It is easier to integrate with any 3^rd party product & hardware RFID, Door locks, EPBAX system, loyalty programs, payment gateways etc.

Any future expansion plans in the bucket list of Sanguine Pvt Ltd?

Mr. Sachin :– With a successful background that goes back 15 years, our business is poised to set its sights even higher. Sanguine is always working on expansion across the globe. We have already marked our presence in Africa, Oman and Dubai apart from India with 1000+ clients we are looking to expand further with our cutting edge technology solutions.
