Ingredients Unit
Fennel Infused Gin 45 ml
Coconut Milk 90 ml
Maple Syrup 30 ml
Cinnamon Powder 1 tbsp

Method

  • Infuse your gin with fennel by adding a few fennel seeds. Let it sit for at least 24 hours to allow the flavours to meld.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the fennel infused gin, coconut milk, and maple syrup.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
  • Pour the mixture into a coupe glass and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
