Independence Day Brunch @ F5 Taste the Delicacies inspired from various Indian Army Regiments around the country

August 10, 2023, Bengaluru: To celebrate the spirit of valor and patriotism, F5, Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park is organizing a special Independence Day Brunch themed aptly as the “Braveheart Brunch” that draws inspiration from regimental recipes garnered from the archives of the Indian Army. It shall be an ode to the diverse regiments posted across length and breadth of our nation each with its own valorous history and culinary heritage.

The specially curated menu shall feature iconic delicacies such as Ladhaki Thukpa from the Ladakh Regiment, Kanyakumari Fish Curry from the Madras Regiment, Aloo ke Gutke from Garhwal Regiment, and Puran Poli- Maratha Regiment, along with an elaborate menu that shall offer an array of dishes on the buffet including chats, grills, coastal specialties and other popular global dishes along with theme-based décor and food presentations.   The restaurant is also extending special offer to serving members and retired veterans of the armed forces as a token of gratitude for their service.
