Indian Hotels Company Limited announced the appointment of Vivek Sharma as General Manager of Taj Usha Kiran Palace Gwalior. With more than 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Vivek Sharma brings leadership experience and a dedication to service to his new role within Taj group.

“Taj Usha Kiran Palace is an incredible hotel in the princely state of Gwalior. I am thrilled to join this talented team continuing to offer our guests the high level of service that defines the Taj brand ” said Vivek Sharma. Vivek has managed very successful restaurants and bars across hotel and resorts in Maldives, Kolkata and Bangalore.  He began his career as a Management Trainee and holds a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Lucknow.  Working his way up, Vivek’s last assignment was Director of Food & Beverage at Vivanta by Taj – MG Road, Bangalore. Vivek remains passionate about serving guests. In his free time, Vivek enjoys playing cricket, football and table-tennis and experiencing new restaurants.
