The chefs of Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru have curated a Sunday Brunch menu that is a medley of delightful regional Indian delicacies. A chock-full Chaat station with a range of chutneys and toppings will share space with a live Shawarma and Appam and stew station. Spanning kebabs and ghee roasts to a delicious Malabar Chicken Biryani and the colourful Tiranga Subzi Pulao, the menu is festive and celebratory. Indian desserts like kala jamun, peda, rasmalai etc will ensure that the sweet ending is also a traditional one.
Apart from the Regional Indian spread, there will be other Western and Asian dishes to make for a sumptuous selection.
