Chef Manoj is the Chef de partie at one of our sister hotels, U Tropicana Alibaug. Cooking has always been a part of his life and about his journey to becoming a chef which entails a cameo in kitchen. Hailing from the land Uttrakhand where India’s most of master chef coming out. He is with a culinary career spanning over 10 years. Chef Manoj brings with him a plethora of knowledge and luxury culinary experience of Traditional Indian Cuisine.
