Experience the unmistakable, irresistible taste of the authentic Indian cuisine of Uttrakhand, home of India’s celebrated master chef, Manoj Singh including Tamater Dhaniya Ka Shorba, Namak Paara, Aloo Anar Ki Chat, Hara Bhara Kebab & Methi Mirch Ka Paneer Tikka, Dal Makhani, Palak Paneer, Subzi Panchimel, Malvani Prawns Curry, Murg makhanwala, Gosht Ki Kofta Curry, Gajjar Ka Halwa and Shahi Tukda.

Chef Manoj is the Chef de partie at one of our sister hotels, U Tropicana Alibaug. Cooking has always been a part of his life and about his journey to becoming a chef which entails a cameo in kitchen. Hailing from the land Uttrakhand where India’s most of master chef coming out. He is with a culinary career spanning over 10 years. Chef Manoj brings with him a plethora of knowledge and luxury culinary experience of Traditional Indian Cuisine.
