On Sunday, August 11th, the chef will showcase an Anglo-Indian cuisine, drawing inspiration from the British era. Some must-try dishes from this include Colonial Fish Moilee Classics, Anglo-Saxon Spiced Duck Vindaloo, East India Shepherd's Pie, British Empire Chocolate Rum Balls, and British Raj Kedgeree to name just a few of the dishes.
In celebration of India's unity, we invite you to join us for a special brunch from August 13th to 16th. The menu will be an exquisite showcase of culinary artistry, curated by four of our top chefs. Each day, a different chef will present their unique creations, offering a delightful experience that honors the rich and diverse flavors of India. Chef Gaurav Bansal has designed a Punjabi Pathaka section, featuring dishes such as Makke Di Roti Mahal, Chole Bhature, and Parathas. Chef Wahid will showcase the cuisine of the Nawabs with offerings like Nawabi Kebab Hut, Royal Dum Biryani Pavilion, Lucknawi Tokri Chaat Bazaar, Sheermal & Kulcha Kadai, and more.
Chef Azar will highlight dishes from the Bay of Bengal, including Kolkata Biryani, a Kosha Mangsho Station, Jhalmuri, a Phuchka Junction, as well as the Kolkata Kathi Roll Express. Finally, the South Indian section, curated by Chef Manjunath, will present dishes such as Ragi Mudde & Soppina Saru, a Tiffin counter from Tamil Nadu, along with a wide range of Dosas and Appams.
