The premium microbrewery in town – Spice Terrace by JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, has launched a new menu. This newly crafted menu echoes the recently appointed Chef Ishant Khanna’s expertise in the regional and local cuisines from the northern parts of the country.
The new additions in the menu come with a delectable selection of fine Indian dishes from the northern regions of the country. Some of the offerings on the menu are Palak Makai Ki Raab, Rajmah Aur Dhingri Ki Galawat, Bhatti Da Kukkad, Papad Paneer Masala, Dum Ki Machali, Martaban Gosht, Badam Gulab Kheer among other signature dishes.
Chef Ishant, through the finely crafted new menu, promises a range of exciting and authentic North Indian dishes that will take you on a royal culinary journey. Each dish in the menu is carefully created keeping in mind the authenticity and tradition of various cultures.
The exhilarating new menu has all-time classics like Awadhi Murgh Shorba, Subz Narangi Shami, Tandoori Bharwan Khumb, Nimbu Tulsi Jhinga, Bharwan Gucchi Korma, Bhindi Amchoori Do Pyaza, Jhinga Tawa Masala, Murgh Dhauladhari, Nashila Dhungar Laal Maas, Nalli Nihari, Khamiri Roti, Shahi Tukda and Shahd E Jam.
