Creating gastronomic waves in Bengaluru with its authentic cuisine, Alto Vino is set to offer an elevated dining experience as the Italian maestro; Chef Marouane Rahali curates an amalgamation of innovative and bold flavours to the classic Italian fare. A spectrum of delicacies include signatures such as, Mini-Tarts with Sautéed Wild Mushrooms & Truffle Essence, Beetroot Gnocchi with Sweet Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce and Toasted Walnut, Cocoa Ravioli Stuffed with Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder, Butternut Squash and a Jus reduction, New Zealand Lamb Shank Braised on Fire with a choice of Risotto or Mashed Potato, amongst others. While the decadent dessert selection includes, a soft-centered, warm Chocolate Hazelnut Flan with Raspberry Sorbet, Mandarin Crème Brulée with Pine nut Biscuit and Tiramisu.
