Chef Siva, hailing from the famed tea estates of Nuwara Eliya in Sri Lanka, discovered his love for cooking at a young age, assisting his Mother and Grandmother in the kitchen. With over 14 years of culinary experience, Chef Siva is renowned for his signature dish, Jaffna Crab Curry, which has earned him praise from both diners and critics alike. After formal training at a local hotel school in Kandy, Sri Lanka, near his hometown, Chef Siva's expertise in Sri Lankan cuisine, combined with his creativity and culinary skills, has gained him recognition in the industry and a prestigious Michelin star for ALIYAA.

Chef Siva's culinary expertise will transport diners on a captivating journey through the exquisite flavors of Sri Lankan cuisine. The menu will feature tantalizing dishes like Aliyaa Fish Cutlet, Amma's Lentil Rasam, Mutton Varuval, Isso Badum, Sambol, and Aliyaa's signature Wattalapam, as well as Iddiyappam and more. To complement this exclusive Aliyaa menu, Zega will serve handcrafted cocktails curated specially to enhance the dining experience.
