Experience the culinary brilliance of Chef Katherine Chung as she presents her unparalleled expertise in Modern Hakka Chinese Cuisine during a three-day pop-up at the award-winning restaurant Inazia, renowned for its South-East Asian flavors.

Chef Katherine Chung, in collaboration with the culinary experts at Sheraton Grand Hotel Bengaluru, has meticulously crafted a decadent pop-up menu from June 30th to July 2nd. This exclusive menu showcases a fusion of traditional and royal dishes, combining rarely-seen Hakka Chinese delicacies from Hakka homes with exquisite Imperial Chinese Cuisine from the grand royal courts of the Ming and Qing dynasties dating back to the 14th century.

Among the culinary delights, patrons can savour the renowned Pearl Meatballs, a favourite of Empress Dowager during Qing dynasty, Toothpick Lamb, Typhoon Shelter Prawns, Fish Ball Soup, Hakka Salt Baked Chicken, Salted Egg Yolk Fried Chicken. The specially curated menu also features signature dishes for vegetarians such as Hakka Yam Abacus Beads, and Steamed Glass Noodles with King Oyster Mushroom, and much more. End your meal on a sweet note with Sesame Balls with Red Bean Paste, Mango Sago and Pomelo with Ice Cream!

Through this pop-up event, Chef Katherine aims to celebrate the Hakka community and showcase the beautiful amalgamation of Indian ingredients with ancient cooking practices and Chinese techniques. Patrons can choose between à la carte menu or the five-course set menu for their dining experience. Set menu is priced at INR 2500 + tax per person (VEG) and INR 3000 + tax per person (NON –VEG)
