The festival will feature an array of meticulously prepared traditional vegetarian and non-vegetarian options like Chicken Yakhni, Chaaman Qaliya (Paneer), Mujj Gaad (fish), Saffron rice,  Marchawangan Korma (Mutton), Palak nadur, Havan Daal(daal), Dum aloo, Gaad Nadur(Fish), to name a few. Chef Rahul Wali, a native of Srinagar and raised in Srinagar, Mumbai, and Pune, has established himself as a renowned culinary expert specializing in Western cuisine and BBQ dishes from around the world. With an impressive culinary journey spanning over 24 years, he currently holds a distinguished position as a Committee member of the Chef Guild Of India. Recently, his expertise and contributions to the culinary world were honored with the prestigious Chef Historian Award presented by the Indian Federation of Culinary Association.

On the other hand, Mr. Sunil Matoo is a celebrated chef known for his mastery in Kashmiri Cuisine. His passion for preserving and promoting traditional Kashmiri food has led him to become the driving force behind KongPoush Kashmiri Cuisine, where he delights in serving mouthwatering Kashmiri delicacies.
