There’s a beautiful (new) slice of the Italian Riviera in the city. ViVi Italian Bar & Kitchen is a poolside restaurant at the Thane Club that serves up the finest Italian food in Thane. The space is reminiscent of coastal Italy’s chic vibe, with warm, homey interiors, and fine food and wines.

The Thane Club itself is a landmark in its own right, but ViVi Italian Bar and Kitchen has been in the spotlight for some truly stellar fare. Speaking of stellar, there’s the Stella Pizza, to start with. A concept that first came to life in Naples itself, the Stella features a ricotta, feta and olive-filled crust that makes the experience of eating your designated slice a lot more indulgent and fun.

There’s also the Lasagna Alla Napoletana, which is a classic comfort food that we all know and love, in the quintessential Napoli style.

The menu also features a much-loved dish inspired by one from Florence - the Cannelloni Florentina, which consists of a large cylindrical pasta filled with spinach, mushrooms, cream cheese and tomato sauce, finished with mozzarella cheese.

Looking for an appetizer for the ages? The Cheesy Garlic Dough Balls are another crowd favourite. These wood-fired delights are coated with herbed garlic butter, and served with two dips - olive oil, and paprika. ViVi Italian Bar & Kitchen is committed to serving up garlic bread that is hand-stretched, just like it’s supposed to be, so expect fresh bread that is sinfully delicious, with an umami hum of garlic butter. ViVi Italian Bar & Kitchen'sLive Tiramisu, though, takes the dining experience to the next level. We all love a classic tiramisu, but the space offers a stunning visual experience of watching it get assembled, at your table itself. The chef layers coffee-dipped ladyfinger biscuits with traditional mascarpone placed on top of it. This process is repeated, and the finished dish is then dusted with chocolate powder. It’s luxurious, delicious and super authentic.

Wash it all down with some prosecco! With its stunning Mediterranean-inspired interiors and laidback pool views, the space is wonderful for a dinner date, whether it’s with your amour, or your familia.
