Dnyaan Prasad Global University launches BBA, MBA and Diploma Course in Hospitality Management

Dnyaan Prasad Global University (DPGU)  by Dr. D.Y.Patil Unitech Society, through its School for Hospitality and Tourism (DPGU SHT), Pune, has announced the launch of three new academic programs — BBA in Culinary Arts, MBA in Hospitality Management, and Diploma in Hospitality Management. These courses will commence from the upcoming academic session of 2026.

These programs have a significant opportunity within the hospitality and culinary industry. With the shift of increased tourism and the expanding growth of hotels and restaurants, the curriculum has been designed to address the skills gap and prepare students for career opportunities in the hospitality and culinary sectors. The programs are supported by an avant-garde style infrastructure to ensure industry readiness.

Dr. Somnath P. Students will benefit from guidance and mentorship by Michelin-starred chefs, a highly personalised learning environment with a faculty–student ratio of 1:12, and exposure to global best practices through an international culinary tour in Dubai.

These initiatives will provide students the opportunity to develop their business knowledge and operational expertise through internships and collaborations with companies and placement support. The programs offer professional paid internships and placement opportunities across leading global hospitality destinations, including Dubai, London, Paris, Spain, and Mauritius.
