The Institute of Bakery and Culinary Arts (IBCA), has announced the launch of its 8-Week Egg-Free Professional Baking Course. With the rising demand for vegetarian and egg-free bakery products across India and globally, the course aims to equip aspiring bakers with comprehensive hands-on training in egg-free baking. The institute invites aspiring chefs and baking enthusiasts to apply and enhance their skills under the mentorship of seasoned industry professionals.
IBCA offers a comprehensive range of programs including the 18-month Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts (Level 3), 18-month Advanced Diploma in Pastry (Level 3), 12-month Diploma in Culinary Arts (Level 2), 12-month Diploma in Pastry Arts (Level 2), 4-month Certificate Course in Pastry (Level 1), along with several specialized Culinary and Pastry Hobby Courses, designed to cater to learners at different stages of their culinary journey.

The curriculum covers a wide range of products including breads, cakes, chocolates, tarts, puff pastry, and assorted desserts. The programme emphasises complete hands-on training, ensuring that students gain practical exposure and industry relevant skills. Upon successful completion, participants will receive certification from IBCA.

Eligibility:
Applications for the 2026 intake are open to candidates who have passed or are appearing for the higher secondary (10+2) qualifying examinations from any recognized board, including AISSCE, IB, ICSE, CBSE or their equivalents.
The institute is affiliated with globally recognised organisations, including City & Guilds (UK), the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (London), Australian National Institute of Business and Technology (ANIBT), the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (India), and the National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC). With these partnerships, students gain access to structured training, certification and placement opportunities with leading hotels and restaurants. Final placements are offered after rigorous trials and interviews.
