Institute of Bakery & Culinary Arts (IBCA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Australian National Institute of Business and Technology (ANIBT), marking a significant step toward strengthening international collaboration in culinary and hospitality education.
Through this MoU, IBCA students will benefit from globally benchmarked curriculum standards, practical training methodologies, and exposure to international best practices. The collaboration will establish a structured plan of action across various areas of student engagement and project partnerships, enhancing students’ knowledge and experience while paving the way for them to further develop their skills.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, industry aligned education that prepares students to excel in an increasingly competitive global hospitality landscape. By combining IBCA’s hands-on culinary expertise with ANIBT’s internationally recognised academic framework, the initiative aims to create broader career pathways and global mobility opportunities for aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals.
