- Celebrated Chef Partners with Prestigious Culinary Institute to Inspire Future Chefs
Gurugram, 06 August 2025: Celebrated chef and culinary icon Ranveer Brar inaugurated Ranveer’s Kitchen at Le Cordon Bleu (LCB), Gurugram, a premier hospitality and culinary institute under the GD Goenka Group.
Dedicated to celebrating Chef Brar’s culinary philosophy and mentorship, Ranveer’s Kitchen is envisioned as a space where young culinary aspirants can sharpen their skills, explore diverse cuisines, and learn through experience. More than just a training kitchen, it stands as a tribute to Brar’s belief in food as an expression of culture, emotion, and connection.
Purpose-built for hands-on learning, the kitchen is fitted with industry-grade equipment that mirrors a five-star hotel kitchen, offering students real-world training from day one. The facility has been thoughtfully designed to encourage innovation, collaboration, and discipline — all critical elements for building successful culinary careers.
Speaking at the launch, Chef Ranveer Brar says , “The legacy of Le Cordon Bleu has inspired generations of chefs across the globe. I am deeply honoured by this gesture—it humbles me and strengthens my sense of responsibility toward nurturing the next generation of chefs.”
“Ranveer’s Kitchen reflects our long-standing vision to blend industry excellence with immersive education. This collaboration reinforces our commitment to shaping confident, creative, and job-ready professionals for the global hospitality sector. It offers students a unique opportunity to learn in a space conceptualized by one of India’s most celebrated chefs. The kitchen will serve as a dynamic hub for innovation, mentorship, and hands-on learning. Together, we aim to bridge the gap between academic training and real-world culinary demands”— Mr. Nipun Goenka, Managing Director, GD Goenka Group
This launch also reinforces GD Goenka and LCB Gurugram’s mission to provide global-standard education tailored to the Indian context, led by some of the finest names in the culinary world.
