On February 29th, the hotel invites guests to embark on a culinary journey through the rich tapestry of Mexican cuisine through an exclusive masterclass with Chef Tania. Delve into the intricacies of Mexican cooking as Chef Tania unveils the secrets behind crafting traditional delicacies.

Throughout the food fiesta, the restaurant offers guests to relish a specially curated Chef’s Choice Menu with signature dishes such as Mexican corn soup, Cheese quesadillas, coated fish tacos, Chicken tinga Tostadas, and Esquites.
