Star anise has travelled across the global kitchen, with its origin to China. Its successful cultivation stays restricted to China, Vietnam and partly Arunachal Pradesh. There are other names for the spice- Chakra phool or Chakri phool, Anasphal. This pretty looking condiment is known for its sweet flavor and has healing and medicinal purposes. The Signature Star makes a well-balanced drink infused with the flavors of the Signature premier whisky and the gentle spice notes and sweetness of the star anise.
