The full moon holds significant symbolism across cultures, representing light, balance, and introspection. By aligning International Yoga Day with this celestial event, we encourage practitioners worldwide to embrace the full moon’s energy to enrich their yoga practice and foster inner harmony.

The schedule for the day includes a serene yoga session from 7:00 am to 8:15 am at Kila, featuring asanas, pranayama, and meditation. The morning session will take place against the backdrop of Kila’s tranquil water body, adorned with enchanting decorations and accompanied by soothing music, enhancing the holistic experience of yoga.

Later in the day, participants are invited to join a special evening session "Flute Offering to the Full Moon 'Purnima’, a soulful tribute to the full moon's radiance through music and spiritual contemplation.
