Introducing the first edition of Rocketman's Pizza Palooza at Cafe Terra

A two-day pizza party that goes perfectly well with the monsoon

Welcome to the first ever Pizza Palooza, an unabashed celebration of pies that are Detroit by design i.e. Square and Proud! Rocket Man Pizza brings to you the first edition of this pizza partayy to toast the launch of their new pizzas, curated to combat the monsoon.

It also marks Rocketman's first move from delivery-only to dine-in for two days only happening this Friday, 29^th July & Saturday, 30^th July 2022 at the rooftop Cafe Terra in Bandra.

Pies Per Minute
Targeted at pizza fiends, at the Palooza we'll ensure that every minute is a pizza minute. We're serving up umami forward pizzas, along with tunes and treats to complement our serves. Chef Anand took a cue from the shift in the weather and channelled all the warmth and comfort needed for a rainy day into our three stellar new offerings. What’s common to all? UMAMI - that’s literally the flavour of the season for us - savoury, robust and meaty. We got to experimenting with slow-cooking our meats - the belly, till it’s unctuous and melting. The chicken is marinated for 24 hours before it’s cooked over charcoal. All for maximum flavour for a maximum monsoon.

·         K-POP aKorean BBQ chicken pizza with caramelised onions, gochugaru (Korean chilli powder), gochujang dressing  and toasted sesame seeds.

·         Funghii Towwn loaded with portobello mushrooms + mustard micro greens, mushroom duxelles and black olive tapenade, with tarragon cream, pickled onions & goat cheese.

·         Pigasso melt-in-your-mouth pork belly, top secret pork belly sauce, pickled red chillis and pickled onions.

·         Firestarter - Pickled jalapenos, pickled chilli, roasted garlic, chilli oil drizzle, Nonna's secret marinara sauce, house cheese blend

·         Galatic Garden - Spinach, roasted garlic, caramelised onions, pickled red chili, onion feta drizzle Nonna's secret marinara sauce, house cheese blend

·         Truffle Tornado Rosemary thyme chicken, caramelised onions, roasted garlic, truffle cream drizzle, truffle oil, Nonna's secret marinara sauce, house cheese blend, lemon-dressed rocket leaves

·         Hellboy - Italian pepperoni, roasted garlic, pickled jalapenos, Nonna's secret marinara sauce, house cheese blend, chilli oil drizzle
