The Festival’s set menu includes popular japanese delicacies that starts with a vegetarian Miso Soup, a Sashimi sampler with varieties of Salmon, Tuna, scallops and Hamachi paired with the Hakushika Honjozo Namachozo Sake. The 3rd course will take you through the streets of Japan with Sushi Nigiri of Tuna, Ama EBI , Salmon, Unagi paired with Hakushika Yamadanishka Honjozo Sake. Best known for it, Pa Pa Ya presents the fourth course – Modern Sushi that includes Sushi Burger,Salmon, Wasabi Aioli, Sichimi Sprinkle which will be served with Hakushika Junmai Taru Sake.
The 5 course meal brings you the experience of a feast whose recipes hail from the cuisine of Japan.
