ITC Maratha is set to celebrate the oldest harvest festival of the country, Makar Sankranti, Pongal & Lohri in its award-winning restaurants Peshwa Pavilion & Dakshin Coastal with special showcase menus. This year the festivities will kickstart from 12th January to 15th January 2023.
Peshwa Pavilion: In tune with the occasion, Peshwa Pavilion all day dining restaurant will have on offer dahi kadhi pakoda, Rajasthani sev aur tamatar ki subzi, sarso ka saag, chantey wale aloo, kothimbir wadi, undiyo and paneer tikka masala. Desserts like teel ka ladoo, singdana aur gur ka til wadi and jalebi with rabdi will also feature the list.

Dakshin Coastal: Dakshin Coastal is all set to take you through the lanes of Tamil Nadu, through a menu of harvest-inspired creations. The highlight of the traditional meal is the Pongal Special made with freshly harvested rice and moong dal tempered with Ghee in a clay pot leaving you with a sense of wholesomeness and joy bubbling over. Guests can enjoy podi idlis, venpogal, varieties of Sambar, kootan, chutney, vegetables, pickle and buttermilk as part of the meal. End of this sweet celebration will be with a sumptuous bowl of traditional Payassam
