This summer indulge in The Burrow’s Summer Drop filled with the goodness of mangoes. Curated to beat the summer heat, the menu features the tropical fruit in all its glory. Conceptualised and Founded by Chef Yashasvi Modi, The Burrow sets itself apart with a pre-plated single-portion dish and a menu that is designed keeping in mind delectable in-house sauces and dips accompanied with each dish. Extending that philosophy, The Summer Drop aims to put a spotlight on the Mango through a variety of tastes and textures.
The menu includes an array of appetizers, both refreshing and delectable. The P Star is a Garlic Butter King Prawns appetiser paired with Mango Salsa and Prawn Bisque, an amalgamation of flavours and textures. The Spiced Jackfruit Skewers is a vegetarian's delight with fiery Jackfruit Skewers and tangy Raw Mango Murabba. The Fried Chicken Open Sando is crispy, tangy and mangolicious with butter-fried chicken, pickled mangoes and mango barbeque sauce.
Moving onto the mains, the menu includes - Summer Risotto, an Asparagus Risotto paired with Spiced Crispy Okra & Raw Mango Slaw, an appetizing blend that will leave you wanting more, The Mango Chicken is an Almond and Cheese stuffed Chicken breast served with Black Rice and mango coconut broth, a savoury and indulgent dish that combines the tender chicken breast with the sweetness of mango and nuttiness of almonds and cheese, the Salmon & Shrooms includes mushroom marinated poached salmon served on a bed of butter roasted potatoes and mushrooms with Chilli Mango Sauce
To end your meal on a sweet note the menu features Mango Eclairs with Pistachio Chantilly Cream, an indulgent affair that will satisfy both your sweet cravings and mango love.
