Delhi winter cheer as POPxo turns 5
New Delhi, February 19, 2019: Sunshine and winter breeze made a perfect setting as POPxo, India’s largest digital community for millennial women, celebrated its 5th anniversary this weekend by hosting a brunch at Qla, a restaurant in the heart of the historic Mehrauli area. Delhi’s who’s who were in full attendance to congratulate Priyanka Gill, Founder and CEO, Luxeva Limited, a media-tech company that comprises two of India’s largest digital brands, POPxo and Plixxo.
The party was abuzz with guests from the start up and business community like Rajan Anandan, MD, Google India; Karan Mohla, ED, Chiratae Ventures Ashish Kashyap, Founder, INDwealth; Tej Kapoor, MD, Fosun RZ Capital India; Rajesh Sawhney, Founder InnerChef; Ashish Dev Kapur, Founder and Director, Moods Hospitality Pvt. Designers like Rohit Gandhi & Rahul Khanna, Mayyur Girotra, Siddhartha Tytler, and Isha Rajpal; other prominent guests Fariha Ansari Javed, Rajiv Makhni, Tanisha Mohan, Prerna Subba, Bharat Sahni, Archana Vijaya, Kumari Chandni Singh, and Sunaina Chibba, amongst others, were seen at the brunch sparking conversations over sparkling wine and cocktails.
To mark the 5th anniversary, POPxo revealed its new tagline – Take It Up A POP. It was done in partnership with J. Walter Thompson India. The expression underscores POPxo’s unique position as a platform that helps women be better in all aspects of their life, be it fashion, beauty, work or relationships. The positioning is backed by POPxo’s multi-lingual strategy to expand their user-base and also by its commerce platform POPxo Shop.
Luxeva Limited took the opportunity to also announce the launch of their latest product - Luxeva.com, a digital-first luxury content platform. It is a daily guide to all things luxury for both women and men across all lifestyle categories with a strong affiliate product plug-in.
