Traditionally, it takes years to become a skilled Japanese chef but we are going to show you how to create perfectly balanced meals in under 2 hours. In the Japanese Daily class, you’ll create a fabulous balanced meal of Chicken Katsu (Torikatsu), special Tonkatsu Sauce, a Flavourful Green Bean Salad with Sesame Dressing and Tsukemono (Japanese Pickles). The class is suitable for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The non-vegetarian recipes use chicken and fish. It is suitable for all skill levels (including beginners).
