J'ardin - La Folie's newest seasonal dessert is an ode to French gardens

to be light yet to indulge the senses, the flavours of the Parsian Tuileries, essences of the gardens of Versailles and the aromas of the southern French Riviera are all brought to life with La Folie’s newest seasonal dessert, J’ardin.

The J’ardin stands out with its lightness, its fruity flavours and its delicate and elegant shape. The fresh flavours of grapefruit and orange jasmine tea compote and the light Greek yoghurt mousse offers a nice acidity and creates a good sense of texture balance with the orange madeleine cake. The dessert contains eggs, dairy and sugar.

This treat can be sampled for INR 240/each at all La Folie outlets.
