The festival will feature a specially curated menu showcasing an array of traditional delicacies by Chef Chetan Singh, hailing from Jodhpur. Chef Singh’s quest for preserving the vanishing culinary gems of Rajasthan led him to uncover unique ingredients, forgotten techniques and age-old recipes. Through this culinary exploration, he forged a deep connection with the land, the people and the essence of Rajasthani cuisine.

Guests can indulge in the iconic Dal Baati Churma, a Rajasthani classic that combines savory lentil curry with roasted flour dumplings and is served with sweet and crumbly wheat dessert. Allow your palate to be tantalized by the flavors of Safed Mass, a rich and creamy mutton curry that boasts a delicate blend of spices. Panchkuta Ki Sabzi, a royal derivative of the famous Ker Sangri, will also enchant patrons with its harmonious medley of unique vegetables, creating a symphony of tastes and textures.
