The Single Malt Cask Aged Bar brings in the allure of fine flavours, smooth and sophisticated with bold and intricate oak notes, blood orange, and dark molasses. Paired with Malabar forest cacao nibs aged in an Amrut Indian Single Malt whiskey cask, this exquisite treat carries the essence of the whiskey barrel, sans the alcohol. The Spiced Tea Latte Chocolate is your cup of warmth on chilly nights, a blend of fine chai brewed with warm spices, orange rind, and smooth chocolate. The Chocolate Box with Festive Flavors with bonbons and creaminos. The bonbon faceted pyramids feature aged Old Monk rum and raisin ganache and mulled wine caramel dome. The chocolate creamino offers a delightful medley of brown butter dark chocolate mendiant bar with caramelized nuts, orange peel, and praline in milk and dark chocolate flavours. 

The Bûche de Noël features Aztec spiced biscuit almond, grapefruit orange prune marmalade, long pepper crèmeux, smoked almond nib praline, speculoos Biscoff cheesecake, and adorned with tessellated Arctic animals and landscapes, this creation is a visual and flavorful masterpiece.
