June 2024, New Delhi : Andaz Delhi, Hyatt’s first luxury and lifestyle hotel in India has associated with India’s first sipping Gin; Mohulo Gin for a pop-up from 1st to 30th June 2024 at the Juniper Bar. The pop up serves five distinct Mohulo Gin cocktails crafted by their renowned mixologist, Saloni Rawal.

Juniper Bar is India's first ever Gin Bar, located at Andaz Delhi and offers an unparalleled artisanal experience, celebrating the rich history of gin and its botanical heritage. With Mohulo being an artisanal gin and Mahua, a revered flower native to the Indian subcontinent being central to its unique profile, infuses the gin with a delicate balance of botanical flavours and cultural heritage. This supports Andaz Delhi’s belief of local craftsmanship and locally sourced ingredients. Mohulo Gin offers a smooth, well-balanced flavour profile that combines delicate florals, citrus, and juniper.

The pop-up with Mohulo Gin at Juniper Bar features a variety of cocktail options such as Bumblebee, a concoction of Mohulo Gin, ginger spiced honey and a dash of lemon. The Grape is Greener, concocted with Mohulo, grape juice, grape foam and hints of sour and salt is for the one who is looking at a refreshing summer cocktail. Other cocktails included in the menu are Berry Cool, Let the Man-go and Melon-tini, each cocktail perfectly capturing the essence of summer and fresh fruits to extend a truly invigorating experience for the guests. Each cocktail is priced at ₹1000 plus taxes.

Known for her exceptional skills and extensive experience, Saloni Rawal has previously showcased her talent as a Guest Shift at Jack Daniel’s Bar during India Cocktail Week in March 2024 and 2023. She facilitated the operations of The Clumsies Bar 6 Indian Cities tour with the Bar Industry Legend- Nikos Bakoulis. Her last stint was as a bartender in Kuala Lumpur, further honing her expertise in mixology.
