Alba's pre-dinner libations boast of meticulously crafted signature cocktails and invites diners to savour an expanded selection of pan-European dishes. Guests are invited to pair their drinks with tapas like the Venetian Style Salted Cod, where tender cod is paired with crisp spinach, tapioca crisp, and candied onion, transporting diners to the sun-kissed shores of Italy. 

Explore further with tantalising appetisers such as the Citrus Prawns, Yellowtail Crudo with Avocado Cream, and Homemade Carne Salada served with duo Piedmontese sauces. The ‘Primi’ or the first course consists of Risotti and Paella as well as homemade pasta and Ravioli. Patrons can enjoy dishes like the Whole Wheat Pappardelle with dandelion greens, almond and pistachio pesto, and sun-dried tomatoes amongst others. The ‘secondi’ or the main course consists of a variety of seafood, meat and vegetarian options with each of the delectable dishes taking patrons on a culinary journey to Italy.

The highlight of the menu would be the pizzas, the unique sourdough bread is created using special Italian flour proofed at least for 48 hours to create a light, flavourful, crispy and easy to digest pizza. 

Guests can try a variety of flavours like Margherita Special as well as the Orto e Olive with artichokes and olives.

End the meal with mouth-watering desserts that consist of sorbets, gelatos, dessert wines, liqueurs and coffee. The dessert menu consists of Italian favourites like the Alba Tiramisu as well as dairy free, gluten free and vegan options like the Coconut Panna Cotta.
