The extensive Pre Independence Day Brunch menu boasts a delightful fusion of delicacies and Live Stations featuring Haleem Tacos, Coney Island Sub, Artisanal Pasta, Phat Kra Pao, and a lot more. Their Artisanal Molcajette Bar is a hearty and flavourful dish that is made with a variety of ingredients, including beef, pork, chicken, chorizo, vegetables, and a lot of other spices. The dish is served in a molcajete, which is a volcanic stone bowl that is used to grind and mix the ingredients together, thus promising an enchanted brunch experience. 

Their Regional Inspired Carving Station along with South Indian Grills will enhance the theme of this brunch. Sushi connoisseurs can indulge in an Interactive Sushi Bar and guests can also discover a sweet symphony of flavors with their Regional Inspired Tawa Mithai Station along with an array of other flavoursome desserts.
