Abhijeet Singh joins The St. Regis Mumbai and JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar as Cluster Manager of Information Technology

The St. Regis Mumbai is delighted to announce the appointment of the Cluster Manager of Information Technology, Abhijeet Singh atThe St. Regis Mumbai and JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. He will head the IT  department at The St. Regis Mumbai and will oversee the technical and functional aspects of systems and technology. Abhijeet will also steer and spearhead the team to ensure smooth operations of ‘The Best Address’.

Abhijeet is a young achiever in the world of Information Technology who started his career in the hospitality industry and built his reputation as a proficient result-oriented leader with technical expertise. With an experience of nine years, he started work first with The Marriott Jaipur. Owing to his dexterity and skill in his sector; he was promoted to lead the department with his mastery over varied verticals like large-scale IT projects, Technical Support, Systems Administration, Design Network and IT infrastructure from inception to completion.

Abhijeet’s career includes stints in some of the best brands of Marriott International like The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Renaissance, Le Meridian and with the Indian luxury brand, The Oberoi Hotels.

He is armed with a mix of specialized educational qualifications from Punjab Tech. University, MSc. IT, PGDCA – Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications, MCSA 2009 – Windows 2003 track. His core competence includes conversions, ERP installations, and Oracle projects. Having received the Top Achiever IT Academy Starwood Award, Abhijeet has straddled a cluster role most recently. His abilities in leading teams during the project phase, training & guiding team members and enabling knowledge sharing among the team has allowed him to a be part of preopening teams and handling multiple properties.

A man who enjoys his own space, Abhijeet loves driving, especially long-distance and has a passion to travel and explore new destinations. He unwinds in his downtime with music, movies, video games, and television shows.
