Chef Wong Chin Sheong, the acclaimed head chef at Vintage Asia, JW Marriott Kolkata, brings over two decades of culinary expertise and innovation to JW Café. Renowned for his mastery of Chinese cuisine and proficiency in modern Cantonese and Sichuan styles, Chef Wong's culinary creations promise to elevate the Asian Essence offerings to new heights.
