Appetize your meal with starters such as razma kebab, aloo pyaz and palak pakora, chicken shami kebab, mutton harissa with nadrukurkuri and nostalgic Samose thok to name a few!

The stars of the festival are the classic Mutton Roganjosh, Chicken Yakhni, Kebargah, and Chicken Harissa with Nadru Kurkuri. Vegetarians are in for a treat too, with delightful dishes such as Methi Chaaman, Khoya Matar, and Dum Gobhi. These dishes are perfectly paired with an array of pulao varieties, including Chicken Yakhni Pulao, Mutton Rogani Pulao, and Sarwari, a special Kale Chane Ka Pulao. The menu will also feature the goodness of Mongolian cuisine with dishes such as Burmese meat biryani and Mala hin seafood to name a few!
