Kashmir to Kanyakumari on one platter at Mercure Hyderabad KCP

Hyderabad, January 2021: As the country is getting immersed into patriotic fervour and is celebrating its 72nd Republic Day Mercure Hyderabad KCP is organising “Kashmir to Kanyakumari “a special buffet at the Cayenne outlet on 26th January 2021.


The buffet will represent unity and diversity of our country and will have special delicacies from all states of India ranging from Kashmir to Tamil nadu on the platter. India is a culturally vibrant country and the food spread will bring out the essence at Cayenne.


The Cayenne restaurant will be decorated in a patriotic theme of the tri colour . Chef Suman Kirthi Raj curated a scrumptious buffet consisting of a variety of dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food including starters, main course and variety in desserts as well. Special live counters were the highlight of the buffet.
