Blue Lotus at Sayaji Hotel, Kolhapur hosts the country’s wide food menu through its ‘Kashmir to Kanyakumari Taste Trails’. The K2K Taste Trails offer a feast of culinary delicacies from across the country, taking place from the 15th to the 24th of March 2024 at Blue Lotus of Kolhapur’s luxurious Sayaji Hotel.
The K2K Taste Trails truly brings in various parts of Indian delicacies under one roof. As the name implies, the Kashmir to Kanyakumari Taste Trails would be a culinary journey right from the North’s blissful Kashmir up to the coastal Kanyakumari of the South. This great Indian food expedition would serve authentic specialities from different regions of India. To mention a few, dishes like Mutton Roganjosh, Dilli ki chaat, Bedai, Bhopali Gosht Korma, Saoji Delicacies & varieties in Biryani would adore the vast menu.

Complementing the ambience of this food festival, the venue would see a visual theme representing India’s road trip from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
