The Rich and Exquisite Kebab Fest is back from Nov 15TH to 25TH Nov’19

The Orchid Mumbai is organizing KEBAB- E- NAWAB festival at the hotel’s signature open aired rooftop restaurant ‘Mostly Grills’ with a classic view of the airport. The festival that will delight us for 15 days will let diners savor sizzling kebab preparations and delectable main courses, straight from the Mughlai recipes under the supervision of Executive Chef Navid Sayyad and Master Chef Shadab Khan. The candied aroma of spices from the kitchen, classical music and interactive dining elements, Shahi décor will create an inspiring vibe as you embark on the flavors of medieval India.

The varied choices of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes are prepared and grilled to people’s preference. On the platter will be meat options from chicken, fish, lamb and prawns all marinated in rich spices and authentic seasonings. The highlights of the season in starters include Lasooni Jhinga, Jaitooni Mahi Tikka, Sunehri Tandoori Pomfret, Galavati Kebab, Mutton Barra Chap, Siyamirch-ka-Murg, Murg Dori Kebab, Tandoori Bharwan Aloo, Subz ki Seekh, Sarsoon-ke-Phool, Zafrani Paneer Tikka, Dahi ke kebab, Paneer Anardana among others.

For entrées, the menu includes Achari Jhinga, Lucknowi Gosht Nihari, Hyderabadi Degi Gosht, Methi Murgh, Makhmali Paneer, Achari kofta curry, Dum Aloo Kashmiri, Phoolon-ki-Subzi, Khumb Shahi Korma, Pahadi Saag to name a few. Biryani lovers can choose from Luckhnowi Gosht Biryani, Chicken-Dum-Biryani and Tarkari Biryani. The desert course has Sheer Khurma, Kong phirni, Lagan wala halwa and Arsh-Ka-Meetha.
