The food festival will commence at Asia Alive-South East Asian Restaurant on 21st June and will conclude on 30th June 24. Hilton’s Guest Chef Sudheesh from Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum will be crafting an inspiring culinary trail celebrating the culture from God’s own country – Kerala. Food enthusiasts can savour the traditional delicacies from the curated buffet spread. The cost of this Buffet will be priced at INR 2499 Plus Taxes.

Some of standout offerings is the legendary Travancore Meen Curry, a delectable fish curry prepared in a rich coconut-based gravy infused with a blend of spices. Seafood enthusiasts will be delighted by our Karuvenppilai Meen Fry, where fresh fish is marinated in a special blend of spices, then cooked to perfection in fragrant coconut oil and some of the lip smacking desserts like Parippu Payasam. There will be live cooking stations too to complete your culinary adventure at KGF with Appam with Stew.
