Committed to offering unique and innovative experiences to our guests, we believe  it’s not just about having a drink, it is about the journey and the story that any cocktail holds.  This guest bar shift in collaboration with COYA Dubai also gives the talent at Koishii the  opportunity to work alongside Samy from one of the world’s best bars. 

This collaboration aspires to offer guests a remarkable beverage experience that showcases the  rich diversity of Peru. To be able to bring a talent like him to the city reinforces our commitment  to be able to provide a spectrum of experiences for our guests and members. Guests can enjoy the most popular and superlative concoctions curated specially for the bar  shift such as Refresco De Fresa, Arrepentirse, Aqua De Leche and El Momento as they bring  in special ingredients like Spicy Passion Vermouth, Campari and Supasava for an authentic  experience. 

Brimming with the flavours, colours and energy of Latin America, tastemakers are invited to  savor classic Pisco sours, Latin America’s most famous cocktail, and indulge in flavour-filled  ceviches by our expert team of chefs at Koishii.
