Drawing from Chinese culture, the number “8” holds great significance as a symbol of good fortune and prosperity, making it the perfect inspiration for KOKO’s anniversary celebrations. Embracing the number that marks this milestone, the culinary team at KOKO has meticulously crafted an exquisite menu featuring 8 new dishes & 8 new exceptional cocktails. 

The menu features dishes such as ‘Royal Dumpling’, a delectable and visually appealing dish crafted with plant-based goodness, thoughtfully balanced ingredients, and flavours. For those  looking to explore new culinary horizons, this dumpling promises to deliver a delightful and satisfying dining experience. Delve into the exquisite flavours of the Supreme Scallop Dumpling, filled with succulent scallops, vibrant bell peppers, pok choy, and crisp asparagus. With a combination of Assam sauce and zesty spicy mayo, every bite offers a delightful harmony of creamy and spicy flavours. Indulge in the fiery allure of Habanero Prawn Uramaki that promises a delightful fusion of spice and a hint of sweetness in every bite. Get ready to indulge in an array of flavours with the Fragrant Sichuan Chicken, Crispy Noodles. The succulent Chicken is paired with Chilli Roasted Peanuts and King Chillies for a bold kick. Served atop Crispy Noodles, it’s a textural delight. The Homemade Sichuan Sauce elevates the dish with its authentic taste and aromatic blend. For seafood lovers, the menu features Kumquat Prawns. Prepared with a fusion of Homemade Chilli Bean Sauce and Chilli Garlic Sauce, this dish will take you on a delicious tangy adventure. Every celebration is enhanced with the presence of a delightful dessert, and “Eight To Infinity” is a perfect end to your meal. A delicate Almond Sponge forms the base, followed by luscious caramel cremeux and rich hazelnut praline layers, each adding exquisite textures. The mascarpone & coffee mousse infuses a velvety coffee flavour, perfectly balanced with the nuttiness of almond flakes. As a final touch, the coffee caviar bursts with intense coffee essence, bringing the dessert to an unforgettable crescendo of flavours that seem to stretch infinitely on the palate.

As the city embraces the growing popularity of Tequila, Mezcal, and Sake, KOKO takes the lead in unveiling an enchanting cocktail menu, Polar, for its extravagant Season 8 celebration. The new menu pushes the boundaries of mixology & sets the stage for an unforgettable tasting adventure! Among the expertly crafted cocktails, “Ai Vida” offers a vibrant journey with Patron Silver Tequila, lacto-fermented lemon, chamomile, triple sec, and tonic. The “Konnichiwa Paloma” stands out, combining Creyente Mezcal, Dassai 39 Sake, lacto-fermented grapefruit tanginess, in-house Lillet Blanc, and effervescent bubbles.“Sakura Música” delights with 1800 Silver Tequila, Dassai 39 Sake, and refreshing earl grey peppercorn sodaThe visually stunning “Ka Belleza” combines Patron Silver, shiso, pandan, white pepper, cherry tomatoes, and kaffir leaf, a true testament to mixology’s brilliance.
